従来品のエキゾーストマニホールドに採用されているロストワックス製パイプをフランジに溶接して生産する構造から、このフルキャストエキゾーストマニホールドでは溶接工程を廃止したロストワックス製法を用い完全一体構造へ変更しました。
型の生産から鋳造工程までは複雑な工程になりますが溶接工程がなくなることで溶接箇所からのクラックの心配がなくなり、これまで以上によりハードな使用条件にも対応します。
完全ロストワックス製法ならではの精密な形状で製造された当製品は、表面の仕上げもポート内から外観までスムーズな仕上がりになっています。

ポートの集合部（ターボ側フランジ付近）に、センサー装着用ボスを用意しました。使用する際に穴開けネジ加工が施工しやすい設計としています。

Incredibly durable and reliable! Withstands extreme conditions.

All new, non welding one-piece structure made by full lost-wax casting ensures incredibly higher durability comparing to the old type which was weld-assembled structure made from pieces individually casted.
Although lost-wax casting in one-piece structure makes the process much more difficult and time-consuming, the biggest benefit is that eliminates the well-know major problem of welded products, cracks at welding beads, even under sevire usage.
Another benefit of the one-piece structure is the smooth finish both in the ports and the beautiful appearence.
