4G63用エキゾーストマニーホールドは、他エクスプリームシリーズと同様に、レスポンス・低中速から高速域までバランスの取れた性能を実現するために、長期にわたるテスト期間を経て遂に完成しました。開発初期段階では、純正エキマニのポテンシャルを知るために純正エンジンでテストを開始し、同時にハンドメイドにて多くの試作タイプを準備、他社製品も多種を比較し、その長期に及ぶ慎重なテストの結果、最高性能を獲得しました。　

非等長の短いパイプによりアクセルに即座に反応するレスポンス、余裕のφ45パイプによる中速から高速域に突き抜けるようなパワー感、またSUS304のサウンド効果も加わり、EVOの運転者はもとより同乗者までもが、五感で感じる超感動のフィーリング。

■ ロストワックス製法

イニシャル開発コストはかかりますが、安定した品質と絶対的な強度を実現しクラック発生などは極力抑えることに成功しました。また、複雑な形状を可能とするこのロストワックス製法は完璧な取り付けを可能にしています。さらに、エンジン側のフランジ段差を極力無くしEXポートからのスムーズなEXガスの流れを促し、タービン側フランジもSUS304ロストワックス製フランジの採用で、高温の加熱においても反りでの排気漏れは一切ありません。

■ Made from the lost wax method.

Initial development investments were required, but the final product quality has paid off substantially. Numerous installations have been made in Japan and never once did the user experience and installation troubles or mounting difficulties. The engine exhaust port and exhaust manifold flanges have been enlarged ever so slightly to allow for a stronger mounting point, yet promote a perfect seal. And lastly, the manifold and turbo flanges is also enlarged to promote a more effective seal.

ワゴンや、GTAにも装着を可能とするブラインドボルトを装備。

■ Additional sealing bolt is included for AT Wagon cars.

With the addition of this extra bolt it will be possible to install our product on AT transmission cars.

Holding the same quality as our other Expreme exhaust components, this 4G63 EVO exhaust manifold is a perfect balance of ingenuity and is more efficient through numerous R & D testing.
In the early stages of development, we worked with the original exhaust manifold to find the true limits of the factory production piece. After gathering numerous data from the original equipment tests, we slowly pieced together our Expreme exhaust manifold.
