TOMEI Stroker Kit, Best Value with Quality & Precision!
I have been using this EJ 2.2L stroker kit for street, track and drag racing. Its best performance is from low to high rpm. The engine has great drivability as a daily street driven car as well.

I chose to use a larger turbo this time as I have found it to suit this stroker kit very well. Boost is maintained all the way through the power band. The Tomei 2.2L kit is priced very well, the quality and precision is spot on every time! Such a great package. Its design allows it to easily deliver the torque and power from real down low in the RPM range!

This makes the car fun to drive for city use and of course I really enjoy drag racing this engine. This time I chose to go with the slightly larger EJ20 turbo kit. The 2.2L is priced very competitively but still very reliable, no shortcuts have been taken. I highly recommend the Tomei 2.2L kit.

In the case of the EJ engine in the Impreza an engine overhaul is highly recommended with the camshaft upgrade. The Tomei Powered camshafts are efficient with the stock boost from low RPM up to a bolt on aftermarket turbo. Since AVCS is supported the results are impressive from idle all the way to 7500 RPM. Due to the precision and accuracy of the product choosing the right size shims is easy and reliable even at higher engine speeds. The added benefits is that the designs are suitable for both 2.0L and 2.5L EJ variants which makes it available for the Forester owners as well and highly recommended for international Impreza models.

ARMS M7760 Turbo, Our Recommendation!
The majority of our customers are destroying the stock turbo on how they use it on the street. Their demands for more power is quiet a common thing. So with our experience we always recommend the ARMS M7660 turbo. This has always been proven to satisfy the needs of our customers.
If you upgrade to this turbo, you can gain about 300PS with a low boost setting of 1.3k. Quick spooling from low RPM and great response. The turbo comes with all fittings so the package kit is great value for money.

RMS M7760 is applied to step-up by increasing the boost. We are able to offer a sports turbo to customers with pricing cheaper than that of stock turbo. Nevertheless, the cost performance is great with 50 horsepower increase. Since the turbo sizing is increased, the spooling is a little delayed if just installed without other modifications. The high rpm had a sensation of being jam-packed when increasing the boost of stock turbo, but it will reach high rpm comfortably. By adding exhaust manifolds and cams to this, the general feeling becomes easier to treat. For further step-up, we are glad that it can support vehicles with 2.2L modification. Mainly street cruising and easy to manage, we recommend the ARMS M7760T/S to our customers with its reasonable high cost performance.
